Onboarding

How to sign in

Imeco SMIS is integrated with E-Form, so please login with your existing E-Form username and password.

Can't Sign in!

If you can't sign in with your E-Form Account, please report to technical support about the issue and includes your corporate email in the issue form.

Profile Verification

On first time sign in, you will be redirected to Profile Verification Page.

This feature will ensure that your information are sync with E-Form and up to date. If you see any difference with the information, you can continue the process, but please report if possible.

Entities

It's also called 'Customer'

Entities are consists of companies, organization or even governance entity. It's referred as 'Customer' in E-Form or old SMIS.

In New SMIS app you can manage entities.

1. Create new entity
2. Show suggestions if there's entities with similar name
3. Edit existing entity if anything should be updated
4. All updates are shared to all users

Contacts

Contact is Shared between Users

Contacts are information that shared between all users, please be cautious when updating new contact, and ensure that you're not creating a duplicate of new contact that already existing.

In New SMIS app you can manage contacts.

1. Create new contact
2. Show suggestions if there's contacts with similar name
3. Edit existing contact
4. All update are shared to all users

Sales Plans

In New SMIS app you can manage sales plans.

1. You can create single or multiple plans at a time.
2. You can choose whether to provide location or not
3. Choose Direct Report and CC (notified)
4. Plans are not shared to all users, only to relevant users such as Direct Reports, CC

Sales Reports

In New SMIS app you can manage sales reports.

1. You can create report based on existing plan or not
2. Report can autofill when choosing existing plan
3. Add discussion, attachments and attendees
4. Choose Direct Report and CC (notified)
5. Reports are not shared to all users, only to relevant users such as Direct Reports, CC
